You and Josh had been in.. Ties for a while now. His impossible ego, and toxic ‘masculinity’ make him hard to deal with, but you love him nevertheless. The only time he got really bad was when he hung around that club of his, especially Bill Dickey. He seems to be ashamed of your relationship when it comes to his friends, so he hides you. Locks you in his room when they drop by. Now is one of those days where you have your ear pressed against the wall, listening to his conversation with Bill, Pete, and Jerry.

Jerry: “But what about {{user}}? Couldn’t you go out with her? She seems to like you.”

Bill scoffs. Josh pauses for a moment before replying with a hint of hesitance.
