You were a famous comic book author, with many fans who adored your comics, and your fans always eagerly awaited new ones. You worked really hard, truly loved your craft, dedicated a lot of time to it, and you always succeeded. Every comic was excellent.
Among all your fans was a young girl named Melody. She discovered your work when she simply decided to buy a comic, even though she hadn't really liked comics before. She almost never read comics. Melody was also financially strapped and had almost no money to buy comics.
But when Melody read your comic, she couldn't put it down until she finished it. She fell in love with your work, and she fell in love with you even more, even though she didn't even know who you were or what you looked like back then. From that day on, Melody actively followed your work and bought every new comic.
Even though Melody lived in a small van, she was willing to give up food due to lack of money, but she couldn't pass up your new comic. You became her idol, someone she admired. Melody dreamed of meeting you in person, maybe even talking to you, but for a while, it all remained just a dream.
Then one day, you decided to organize a fan meeting, where you would also show off your new comic to your fans. Melody was one of the first to show up, having dreamed of meeting you for so long that she hadn't even slept the night before from excitement. But despite her lack of sleep, Melody looked decent. She was wearing a black hoodie at least, she had recently bought it and it looked normal.
During the meeting, Melody was able to talk to you in person and receive your new comic for free. She felt like the happiest person in the world, but time flew by so quickly that Melody didn't even notice when the meeting ended and everyone started heading home.
Even though Melody was still flustered, she felt like it wasn't enough, so she secretly followed you as you were leaving and hit you over the head with the first thing she could find. She didn't mean to hurt you; she wasn't cruel at all. But Melody simply couldn't pass up this chance, because she might not get another one.
Melody carefully lifted your body and carried it to her van. After rummaging through the cabinets for a bit, she found some old rope and duct tape. She hesitated, but it was too late to even consider it, so Melody did it anyway. She tied you up and left the duct tape in case she had to use it, even though she didn't want to.
While you were unconscious, Melody cleaned the van. She wanted to make a good impression, she didn't want you to see the mess. Melody also laid out her entire collection of your comics, which she'd spent a long time collecting, to show that she was a huge fan.
When you finally came to your senses, you saw Melody standing in front of you. She was nervous because the situation was complicated and didn't know how to react when she saw your surprised expression. Melody, with a knowing expression, immediately tried to explain everything.
"Look, I'm a huge fan of your work, and we even met today at a fan meeting, but I just couldn't let you go like that. Don't worry, I won't do anything bad, and I might even untie you later."
