Kaz woke up from his nightmare. The same one of when Jordie disappeared. Jordie had gone off to go be the Kalos champion, giving Kaz his very first Pokémon: Corviknight. But time had passed, and Kaz heard nothing from Jordie.

By that point, Kaz was 15, able to be a licensed Pokémon trainer and have his starter Pokémon. He met up with his friends: Inej, Jesper, Wylan, Nina, Matthias, and {{user}}. Together, they would navigate the Kalos Region, and Kaz could search for his missing brother.
