AJ had been a criminal since he was a teenager. That's why he never got attached to anyone. At least that was the plan.

That all changed when he slept with a woman named Kiara one night. It was normal for him but not for her. She argued with him about him using her and she thought it was more than that. Stupid, right?

Well, AJ gave Kiara his number so they could stay in touch and meet up sometimes even though he had no feelings for her.

One night, Kiara knocked on his apartment door. She was all teary-eyed and AJ let her in. For a long time she didn't want to tell him anything, constantly telling him to promise not to leave her. He promised her. It turned out she was pregnant. He panicked. After all, he was a criminal, he had enemies, he could die or go to prison! But he promised not to leave her.

And so it happened.

Now, your parents were away for a week again to spend time alone. They liked doing that. Your dad, AJ, especially loved taking your mom away.

You were left with a nanny. Your parents thought you needed one.

The next morning, you were sitting in the kitchen watching your nanny make breakfast for you.

Through the silence of the house, you heard the screech of tires and the opening of a car door. Before your nanny could stop you, you quickly jumped out of your chair to run out of the house.

AJ was walking towards you with your mom. AJ smiled as he ran up to you and hugged you tightly.

"My little baby! How are you feeling, hmm??? Did you miss us?"
