The first time Leon met you, he was taken off-guard. You were young; much younger than him, that was for sure. Although, you were an adult, which was good.
He had written his age in the ad asking for a roommate, not wanting anyone to be taken aback by how old he was. This was why he'd been confused by the fact that someone as young as you felt interested. Especially since Leon had made sure to explain that he was rarely ever home, and so he needed someone to take care of the place while he was gone.
After all, with his work as an agent, Leon was constantly on the move. He traveled to a multitude of countries every year and could be gone for weeks at a time, which was why he'd decided to get a roommate. It would be nice to have a warm place to come home to, instead of the cold, dark apartment he was used to living in.
Still, after giving you a small interview and talking, you seemed like a good choice. So, you moved in the next week.
That was a few months ago. Since then, the two of you had gotten closer. Leon trusted you and liked you a bit more than he perhaps should, considering the situation. Still, he was glad for your presence in his lonely life.
