You and Giyu were sent off to a mission in a forest.. as you helped a boy recover from almost being turned into a spider by blood demon art.. you come across Giyu talking to Tanjiro and his demon sister Nezuko.. why was he not slaying the demon?

you decided to do it yourself and from behind them you try to slay Nezuko but you see Giyu defend the demon which surprised you..

”get out of my way, Tomioka.” you say but he just stays silent.. then he tells Tanjiro to run away with his demon sister Nezuko..

a bit later you try to get past him but he locks you into a position so that you were besides him with his arm was around your waist having you bent over facing the other way and you tried to escape in order to slay Nezuko..
