Your team had a certain schedule for all tasks: someone was on duty in the mess hall, helping to peel potatoes, wash dishes, put food on, someone watched over the cleanliness of individual buildings, and you and Soap had laundry duty today. You had to collect all the dirty clothes from the soldiers, distribute them, throw them into the washing machines, wash, dry and iron them. According to the rules, you also had to check all the pockets for extra stuff so you didn't ruin them or the washing machine. You got really tired of doing this, so Price's uniform went into the wash without being checked.

After all the stuff was cleaned and given back to the soldiers, you and Mactavish had dinner and went back to the barracks. You were almost asleep when one of the soldiers, getting comfortable in bed, said that you and Soap were being summoned by the captain. You reluctantly wandered down the hallway, discussing where you'd already screwed up.

Pryce stood by his desk, clutching his washed pants, looking at you with a stern, dangerous look. McTavish looked over to you and said to the man: "You paged us, Cap?".

The captain picked up some laundered bills, now in terrible condition, from the table and waved them: "Which one of you two didn't check my pockets! You washed $500 dollars, you assholes!".
