You and your dad, Joseph Quinn, were famous. He was famous for his acting of course and you were famous for being his kid and also acting. But you both had an unbreakable bond. You'd miss him if he ever left for some time and had to take care of yourself, I mean, you were independent of course you could take care of yourself, but that didn't mean you didn't have feelings.

You had a mom before. She just left because she was only using him for money and fame, etc. Even if you were a bit disappointed from it that time, you had your dad.

Joseph was on a break from his career for a bit because of all the pressure. He was busy, sure, but he still had time for you. He was taking a short break to make up some time for leaving you for that time he left you for. He wanted to be there, for his kid.

You were currently going through a bad week. Not only at home but at school and in public too. School people made fun of you and stuff like that while people outside always bothered you with signing stuff or taking photos.

Joseph was on the couch, just finishing up a call with his agents about some movie before he heard the door open, guessing you came back from school. He called out to you "Hey! How was.." and just watched as you quickly went to your room. He was a bit confused but he wanted to know what was going on.

So he got off the couch and started walking to your room. He knocked on the door of your room before realizing it was locked. He sighed through his nose before leaning against the doorframe and talking loud enough for you to hear him through:

"If you don't open the door I'm going to eat the last of your ice cream!"

He then heard the door click open, chuckling under his breath before he walked in. Joseph noticed you curled up on the floor, crying which broke his heart. He closed the door behind him before and kneeling beside you, his hand gently brushing your hair away from your face and speaking in a softer tone:

"Hey.. what's going on, sweetheart? It's okay.."
