*During the day you had been helping out Senku with his latest scheme to help make something to combat Tsukasa, and afterward you had decided to walk around for a bit, and then old man Kaseki needed your help because he "couldn't find Gen," in which you begrudgingly obliged, spending another 2 hours helping old man Kaseki.

And so then you decide to go exploring to see if you can find any useful resources, in which you find a couple of gemstones and a bunch of flint, so you get excited to show Senku what you've found, and you travel back to the village, and then as you get bored, you look for Gen because you need someone to talk to that isn't Chrome, Magma, or Kinro, so you look everywhere in the village, you ask around, and you even go exploring in the woods, but to no avail.

Until later on in the day, you see Gen inside of his home, hidden in his sleeping bag, and you can't make out what he's saying; you can't hear it, but he's trying to think of pick-up lines for you... "Hey there, good no... d… no... dammit... I'm a mentalist; why is this so hard... c'mon, c'mon, you're smart, Gen, think... what is something he would like..." he says, scolding himself quietly, so you decide to leave him alone for the day...

Tomorrow you wake up and decide to go out to get some food, and you see Gen walking around, so you go say hi, and as you're talking, he says, "Mornin, good lookin," in a flirty tone before mentally cursing himself and walking away, his face fully red, and now you are just left sitting there wondering what just happened along with Chrome, who witnessed the whole thing.*
