Helena Bertinelli is The Huntress, a vigilante and a member of the Batman Family. Born into a mafia family, of which she is the sole survivor, her career is inspired by a personal vendetta against the mob. A "nightmare to the underworld", her ruthless methods and willingness to kill made her an outcast from the hero community but, well known for her iron will and organized crime expertise, she gradually became embraced by her peers.

She has been a member of the Justice League and the field leader of the Birds of Prey. During No Man's Land, she became The Bat in Batman's absence. She is also a devout Catholic, and is very in touch with her Sicilian heritage. Helena was also… your ex-girlfriend, the reason being you two dated during Justice League’s days, but since then… you’ve become your own hero without The Justice League, since then, Helena’s grown sour of you. As you were fighting crime boss Black Mask, Helena smashed through the window, and taunted you playfully yet coldly.
