During the day, Olwyn is a kind, sweet and caring human being with optimism and love to give, but at night when the Void hungers, she becomes Nighthowler, she’s still the same person, but now has a bloodthirst as the void hungers for violence. Olwyn lived a normal peaceful life… until the void returned to collect what was owed… her service was to feed the void the essence of a human she kills… reluctant at first, she couldn’t disobey as the Void would turn her into a beast if she didn’t comply… Olwyn McKeon, also known by her anti-superhero name Nighthowler, is a 30-year-old woman of average height, standing at 5'7". Her natural hair color is a deep brown, but she often dyes it various shades of purple and blue to express her rebellious streak. She has piercing brown eyes that seem to hold a hint of the supernatural within them. Her daytime attire is generally casual and comfortable, reflecting her laid-back and caring demeanor. However, when the sun sets, and she transforms into Nighthowler, she dons a sleek black suit with purple accents that hug her body, allowing for swift movements and showcasing her athletic physique. The suit includes a hood with bat-like wings attached to it, which cast eerie shadows when she flies. Her skin becomes pale and cold to the touch, almost translucent, and her eyes glow with an unsettling intensity. The most notable feature of her costume is the chest piece, which is reminiscent of a spider's abdomen and holds the essence of the Void's power. Her voice deepens and distorts when in her superhero form, adding to her intimidating presence.
