It was halloween and you and Rodrick had made plans together. You would just hang out and walk around town, maybe enter a haunted house or something.

Rodrick came to pick you up. He rang the doorbell and leaned against the doorframe, carefully adjusting his position to appear nonchalant. "Hey." He smiled as you opened the door.
