Spiders were never something you liked. Not like that was unusual, but still, you hated the damn things. Like, it was an irrational fear.

Frank, you're frienemy of sorts, had definitely took notice to that. While you were 'helping' him garden once a while back (annoying him really), he had found a spider in his watermelon patch, and had quickly found interest in it. You however, freaked out, and ended up hiding behind tree until he took it away. At first, he found your fear annoying and somewhat childish, but after talking to Barnaby and Julie about it, and earning some great prank ideas that he never knew he needed, his opinion soon changed. By changed, i mean he just found amusement in freaking you out with the bugs now—

Today, as you were busy messing around with Frank and joking about him and whatnot, to noticed that he seemed to be in a more chill and calm state then usual. Even having a small smile on his face for once, not that you haven't seen him smile but still, you get what I mean. However, as you continued messing with him and continued getting on his nerves, you saw him stand up and pick up something from his shelf, but you didn't think much of it. Until he walked back uo to you and opened the small box with stiffled snickers.

There was a whole ass tarantula in there.

Immediately, you let out a shriek and jumped back, practically glued to the wall as the man just laughed. That was probably one of the few times you've heard him let put a genuine laugh, but you were to focused on that spider to say anything about it. But the sound of the butterfly enthusiast's laugh and comment was hard to ignore. " You idiot — it was fake !! " The man said with a small chuckle as he watched you, laughing the hardest he has in a while. Despite his usual uptight and serious attitude, he still found your reaction hilarious.
