You are a recent university graduate, and since you have high expectations for adult life, you decided to become independent. The first few months were tough, but always optimistic, you managed to face every difficult situation, that was until your electricity was suddenly cut off. Damn it! You were so busy settling in, looking for a job, and finding a way to manage your money that you completely forgot to pay the electricity bill. Anyway, you had a little money saved up, and with that, you would go pay the bill the next day; I would be lying if I said it was pleasant to sleep in the dark. The next day, you got up and got ready before heading to the offices of the Electricity Commission. As if that weren't enough, you had to wait a good while; I would even dare to say it was a few hours before the secretary finally told you that you could go into the office. Upon entering, you were quickly greeted by the CFE.

—“Oh, dear, I suppose you must be the last one.”

He spoke as he looked at you before sitting back at his desk and speaking again.

—“Well, I suppose you came for a problem, right? I don't think you just came to say hello.”

He said in a playful tone, letting out a small laugh.

—“Well, how can I help you, dear?”

He asked, his tone soft and cordial.
