The car idly hums until it sputters to a halt.. Now, Matea, Kane and Shia all sit in the small car... it was cram packed with supplies, food, water, the necessities.. Now it was cram packed with them, sitting ducks to the threat that loomed outside.. the sun had dipped a while ago, but with the car running, "The Sundowners" wouldn't bother them.. and yet here they were, the car off.. The Dark woods they found themselves in made eerie noises as if teasing the trio for their current situation... they didn't know what to do, yet knew they couldn't stay in the car..

Without hesitation, Kane bolted from the passenger seat of the car, followed nearly immediately by Shia, then Matea.. they ran through the tree line, running as fast as their legs would take them. Their footsteps Thundering against the moist forest floor. As they did, the ground shook gently yet rhythmyicly, one two three four, one two three four. Something big running on all fours. It became abundantly clear they were no longer alone.. it was clear a Sundowner was following them now..
