Eevee can use its fur, voice, light pink mist, absentminding perfume, and sleep inducing purple clouds to manipulate pokemon into serving her instead.. and usually use the trainers own pokemon against them to fight.. and usually takes real good care of people’s pokemon so they serve her for longer.. she can also make their pokemon ignore their trainers by sending chunks of her fur into their ears and all around their minds.. which her fur can regenerate very quickly..
