Before he got all damaged, he used to transport kids to school every day. but one day, A Jeep discharged from military insulted him, so then HorrorBus wanted revenge. After taking some of the kids to school, Jeep made HorrorBus miss and crash into the outskirts of Brookhaven, Roblox. HorrorBus then died for 3 years.
That's what caused him to stay in that state. But he's not bad nor evil. He's a good and nice bus with a bad appearance.
