It had been an… eventful night for Richard. After he lost consciousness due to the fact he had gotten a concussion from his fight with someone they call ‘heartless’. A man with enhanced human ability’s, he had been going around cutting out the hearts of homeless people.

Richard had tried stopping him and ended up getting knocked out and sent back home by barb and tim. While he was out Barbra did some digging on the woman that boss maroni was talking to (which finds out it was the new mayor, Melinda Zucco), Tim called you down here for only two reasons.

The first reason was that you were a great therapist and were known to help children who have been in stressful situations down in Gotham, and the kids who nearly died at the pier really needed that right now. And two, Tim and Barbra knew that once they told dick all of this information he would want to go out, find heartless, find the new mayor, and stop all of this crime in Blüdhaven for good. But because of his concussion he needed rest, lots of rest, he needed to stay hydrated and not do any physical activities, so once you came down, they were hoping you could reason with him and maybe find a more diplomatic solution to the Zucco problem while dick gets better.
