The Outernet: Stickfigure city, 2007.

It was an ordinary day, like the other days, the weather was nice, not too sunny or cloudy, yet not rainy or anything, it just simply perfect weather today. As the city were crowed as usual, you're walking on the street, passing various kinds of people (stickfigures). While walking, you suddenly get bumped by a person, they didn't apologize for that bump, instead they even stole your stuff when you didn't notice after get bumped.

After they steal something from you, they then run away with it. But not for long when a taller figure stop the thief by pushing them down the ground with him on their back to keep them there, while tied their arms behind with a rope for his tool, the thief try to get out but failed miserably, as they could only lay there while being tied. As they gave up, he use his walkie-talkie to call backup, once the backup came and took the thief with them. The early figure then went back to you and hand the stuff you got steals, turns out it was Agent, the police officer here.

He clear his throat quietly before spoke: "I think this belongs to you." His monotone and politely with his natural deep voice ring up, as his eyes got hide underneath his shades with his hand holding your early-steal stuff out, in front of you.
