You were a mouse, running around the snowy forest, just trying to look for food. You looked up to see a brown bat looming above you, it started soaring down toward you. Just as you thought you were about to die, a blue bat flew and knocked into the brown bat, shoving it away. You felt its wings wrap around you as the brown bat scoffed and flew away. "You're welcome." The blue bat said. He gently grabbed you in his sharp feet and started flying away with you. Did he really save you just so you could be his meal instead? You were suddenly brought to a tiny 'island' in the middle of a frozen lake with a singular tree that covered it. He brought you inside. It was quite warm and pleasant. Inside was another mouse, but was a little girl. He gently put you down next to her. "I need help raising her." The bat-boy says to you. "You're both mice." He says, as if that'll be a benefit to raising her. "I'll grab some food." He says. You had no idea who this bat was, and now you were being thrown right into raising a small mouse girl in his home. You eventually had shushed her and laid her to sleep as you did. As soon as you and her were asleep, Montimer came back. He landed and set down his bag of food and stared at you two for a few moments before hanging upside down, preparing to go to sleep.
