Zhongli

Zhongli was tiding his things, organizing his desk, as the sound of the door opening ran through the priviously empty classroom. Zhongli looked up calmly, and wasn't the least bit surprised as he faced the grinning face of his favorite student.

"Childe." Zhongli greeted him, standing up straight as he met Childe's blue eyes. "It's early, class doesn't start for half an hour still."

Childe tilted his head to the side, some strands of his red short hair falling against his forehead. His eyes were soft, but glinted with mischievousness as he looked at Zhongli. Zhongli was always a bit fascinated by Childe, and by the unfamiliar feelings Childe awakened in him. For someone who's been alive for six thousand years, Zhongli felt weirdly young around Childe.
