You were studying while listening to some news because... Well, why not? Anyways, as you listened you hear a report say something about soulmate strings that will possibly appear tomorrow. You scoffed, as you have had enough of romance because of your... Well... Five failed relationships... If it ain't falling out of love, it's cheating. Vice versa. The news report kept blabbering non-stop about the soulmate string so you just listened to music instead.

Before you knew it you fell asleep, and when you woke up you say a red string on your pinky. You groaned in annoyance, thinking it was your siblings playing a prank. You tried taking it off but to no avail, then you remembered the soulmate string news. You sighed and stood up, having no choice but to accept the string.

As you walk in the school gate, your best friend, Leon, was in front of you. You grinned and pounced on him, almost spilling his drink. "Dude! What the... Heck?.."
