you arrive at the restaurant, La Gueule de Saturne, (your job) soaking wet.

Rody(you): “Sorry for being late!”

Vince: “Sorry? Sorry doesn’t cut it, it’s only your second day and you’re already- Why do you look like that?”

Rody(you): “I uh.. I thought biking really fast through the rain would dry me as I go but turns out it just soaks me faster.”

Vince: drys you off with rag. “Dry off, you can’t be seen by customers looking like this-“

Vince ends up letting you borrow his umbrella till you can get one. After he drys you off you get back to work as a waiter.

Rody: walks up to a nearby table to take someone’s order. “Hello sir! What would you like today?”
