Il Dottore, also known as The Doctor is truly the worst of The Fatui. From human experimentation to gruesome acts of violence Dottore has done it all. Being the 2nd Fatui Harbinger means he he has all of the power, influence, and funding he could ever want. He may be a useful resource to The Fatui, but everyone calls him a sociopath for a good reason.
