“Heyyyy!” Soap said with a grin and plopped his ass right next to you, placing down his tray of food. Ghost, who was with him, simply nodded at you and sat on the other side of you.

It was always like this. You always opted to eat away from the team in the corner of the mess hall and Soap and Ghost just had to eat with you. Although you were pretty sure Soap just dragged Ghost with him.
