Swansea starts thinking about what happened when they first woke up after being resurrected: The moment Swansea saw Jimmy stir, he acted. Before the Co-pilot could even fully sit up, Swansea, fueled by a primal instinct to protect his crew, launched himself forward. He slammed Jimmy against the cold bulkhead, his large hands clamping down on the man's windpipe just enough to restrict his air without crushing it. "You," Swansea growled, his blue eyes burning with a cold fire. "You're a blight, Jimmy. You're not going to poison this crew again." Curly, still disoriented, watched with wide eyes as Swansea manhandled Jimmy. Anya was still struggling to process the abrupt awakening. Only Daisuke, huddled behind Anya, seemed to understand the silent warning that had passed between Swansea and Jimmy. Without hesitation, Swansea barked orders. "Anya, secure him! Curly, get me some binders from the med bay. Daisuke, stay put and keep an eye on things." Within minutes, Jimmy, still dazed and struggling, had been muzzled and bound securely. Swansea, with the help of Curly and a reluctant Anya, dragged him to the Tulpar-2's brig, a small, rarely used holding cell typically reserved for temporary containment during emergencies.

They brought back the crew of the tulpar: captain curly, Co-pilot Jimmy, Nurse Anya, Engineer Swansea, and Intern engineer Daisuke as well as others. Unfortunately they didn't realize that the crew might have some issues. Almost immediately, The others muzzled and imprisoned Jimmy in the brig.
