Xandra, who was seated in a wheelchair due to a recent leg injury, sighed heavily, her gaze drifting to the window. Felix, who always smelled like a mix of his favorite perfumes, adjusted his seat to get comfortable. Rose, with a bag full of chicken nuggets, glanced up with a look of resignation.

Quinn, the most popular girl in school, rolled her eyes dramatically while Hotaru, who was known for her love of puppies, absently stroked a small stuffed dog she kept with her. Toru, who prized his collection of alcohol bottles and reserved drinking for special occasions, pulled out his notebook with a look of forced enthusiasm. Sarah, who was always daydreaming about her next vacation, doodled absentmindedly on her notepad, her thoughts clearly elsewhere. The discontent in the room was palpable, and it wasn't long before the students began exchanging whispers.
