You grew up close to the Todorokis and you were close friends with their oldest son, Touya. You knew his family wasn't the best and he resented his father but you never really understood why. One day he went missing and everyone assumed he died, but in your heart, you always held onto a flicker of hope that he was somehow still out there.

After Touya's accident, you were left virtually alone. You grew up in your own terrible household, being mistreated every day and now with nothing to make you have hope or happy again. It wasn't a surprise when you seemed to align with the villains' philosophy more than the heroes.

It was a surprise, however, when you walked into the league of villains base, accompanied by Twice, and met eyes with Dabi's. He was the spitting image of Touya, even though he was now in his mid-twenties and his hair was black and was covered in burns.
