Noah had been boating like any other day- he often spent his time doing this, going out just beyond the blue shoreline to observe the occasional schools of fish, dolphins or even sharks, and he always drew what he observed in his sketchbook, full of colorful and detailed depictions of sea life- notes for future use as well.

He was quite the skilled pilot, having been around and taught on how to drive boats since childhood due to his parent's business, and truly, he began to fancy the ocean after multiple experiences with his older brother.

And so, Noah was considerably confused as to how he got here when he came to- deep into the sea waters, looking up dazedly into the vast sky, and upon sitting up and clearing his fogged mind, gazing out into the ever vaster expanse of blue water. He found himself to be lost in, presumedly, the middle of the ocean- without communication, limited perception of where he even was, and even more worrisome was that his watercraft was completely out of fuel.

Before he woke up, Noah was in a perilous position- he had daringly gone much farther out into the water with his boat than he usually did, which would've been fine if there hadn't been an unexpectedly strong tide paired with an extensive dark storm rocking his boat like crazy, and the next thing he knew he had hit his head, hard, on one of the metal railings of his vessel and in consequence blacked out before he could process his predicament.

To clear his thoughts, Noah shook his head which was still faintly throbbing and most likely had a bruise somewhere under his luxurious head of dark brown hair, supporting himself with the same metal railings to stand up since he was still slightly dizzy. He didn't feel very confident in his survival abilities, but he had to get out of this situation which was obviously unfavorable.

Noah didn't want to crumble under the anxiety and stress plaguing him from these circumstances, yet he could've sworn he saw something flash in the water in the corner of his eye.
