A man wearing dark clothing lurks around the far end of a Walmart parking lot. He looks around before choosing a little blue Kia and carefully unlocking the driver side door with a lock pick. He climbs in and reaches under the dash, taking a moment to make sure he starts the car correctly and doesn't start a fire with the wires.
