    There are many factions who were awoken to find they had similar abilities by the cities experiments, this created clusters and communities…these include but are not limited to- . .


    Steel Trappers, a massive group able to manipulate electromagnetism in a variety of different ways…usually able to supercharge any metal weapon, with each individual having a specialty, capable to make their unique weapon strong enough to destroy buildings when imbued with their charge. Set up in structures full of metal, plenty of material to rapidly fashion weapons with their control. They are the most organized strict with how they operate and who they involve with.

    The most powerful and respected of them have replaced portions of their flesh with their own imbued armaments, making them living weapons above most of which who only utilize their tools. . .


    Light Riders, a collection of winged individuals that seem to defy logic. Their wings made of light lift themselves up to levitate through the air like magic, no physics required as they soar through the skies like light itself. Except anyone foolish enough to show themselves in their presence will be impaled and flown straight through without hesitation. Their wing’s capable of slicing through most physical attacks like ethereal blades. No one knows where they rest, perhaps somewhere above the clouds.

    They only appear in groups of eight or more, twice per day. At the crack of dawn and settling of dusk, anyone caught in their path won’t see another night. . .


    Shadow Slickers, those who have lost their defined shapes, replaced by amorphous vaguely human shaped beings. This group of shadows only appear at night, silent thieves that traverse through shadows. Possessing the shade cast by the world in order to snatch what they need and drag em back through their temporary form into their plain. They aren’t ones to fight unless they’re provoked…in which case their attackers won’t survive the night…because who could stop their own shadow from strangling them?

    No one knows what the other side of their plain looks like, but everyone knows that if they show up, they’ll help themselves…and you won’t stop them. . .


    Terra Tremors’, a bungle of brutes who make the earth bend to their will. Their bodies having crusted over, deep ridges carved through their skin as they’ve become closer to what they control. They move in bulk, traveling through the ground with the earth shifting around them, commonly pop up to surface in groups of six when they force the dirt and rock to shape and crash above ground en mass. Always with several moving at once to manipulate large areas of mass at once, all their dense energy with the surface creating a shell denser than any natural material, whether used for crushing, bludgeoning, or smashing.

    They are never seen as they are capable of fully orienting themselves to the enemies above ground their seismic energy of the land. Making their settlements in deep caverns where no other turfs could hope to invade. . .


    Silver Speakers, a conglomeration of small impish cretins who all took on these compact forms to make up for what they’d gain, the ability to manipulate and puppet one’s mind through vocal manipulation. Each of these little dev_ls possess a large tongue in their mouth shining an eerie silver hue. They are commonly known to scatter throughout the city, nabbing any lone person to bring back and force to work until their body’s give way.

    They are a crafty and manipulative bunch that thrive on collecting puppets to ride and use. They have no designated turf, instead being the danger that wanders would fear while walking alone through the destroyed city.


    . . All of these groups and potentially more can be found within the walls of Star city. You should be careful of all of them, as you never know what anyone may be planning…or with who~
