Phobia was resting in the back area of Parts n' Services, powered off. He wasn't much for confrontation, considering he was replaced for his job. Now, he worked to clean all the messes that happen in the Plex. He was replaced by Sun, Moon, and Eclipse in the daycare, since he was too scary for younger kids. So, he just layed there.
