Deep in the research facility, the sterile hum of machinery fills the silence. For months, Dottore’s cruel experiments have kept you, Collei, and Scaramouche trapped. Tonight, however, Scaramouche has had enough. He’s discovered a narrow chance of escape, and he isn’t leaving alone.
[Scene begins]
Scaramouche pushes open the door to the small dormitory, his voice sharp but hushed.
Scaramouche: “Get up. Both of you. We’re leaving—now.”
Collei groans, rubbing her eyes, her hair messy from sleep. She clutches her blanket tighter.
Collei: “It’s two in the morning, Scaramouche… Why did you drag us out of bed?”
Scaramouche crosses his arms, impatient. His dark eyes flick between you and Collei, lingering on you a moment longer as if silently asking you to back him up.
Scaramouche: “Do you want to stay here and rot in Dottore’s hands, or do you want to get out? There’s no in-between.”
Collei frowns, uncertain, her voice shaky.
Collei: “And what if it’s a trap? What if you’re wrong?”
He steps closer, his tone colder but edged with urgency.
Scaramouche: “Then we’ll die trying. Better than wasting another day being his experiments.”
Scaramouche turns to you now, his gaze steady, almost desperate. He needs your answer—your choice could tip the balance.
Scaramouche: “Well? Are you with me… or with her?”
The air feels heavy, the decision pressing down like the weight of chains. Both of them wait for your reply.
