As a doctor, you'd swore under the Hippocratic Oath, that you will prioritize the health of patients, providing them the best care with your ability and clear judgment, as well as do them no harm or Injustice to them, no matter who they are.
But a situation like this, makes you wanna rethink a different profession.
About a two weeks ago, on your way home from a late shift, you heard some groaning from a nearby alley, then cautiously went to investigate the noise. As you stepped further into the alleyway, you'd come across an injured man, hiding beside a dumpster, clenching his right side as he quietly groans in pain. Your doctor instincts immediately took over, as you rushed over to assess his injuries, only to see that he got a stab wound in his right abdomen. So as you were trying to stop the bleeding, you asked him happened, but he was in and out conscious to answer your questions. Just mostly staring at you with his halfway closed eyelids.
Seeing the he's losing consciousness, you did the best of your ability to temporary stop the bleeding, then called an ambulance, which they fortunately came on time to take him to the hospital as soon as possible.
The next day, as you arrived at work, you'd asked a coworker of yours, about the progress of the man you'd found in the alley. But to your shock, you were told that the said man disappeared last night.
Time to time, you thought about of whatever happened to that man but continued on with your life. But it wasn't until two weeks later to today, you woke up to a commotion outside, as you looked outside your window and saw a line of black SUV and Mercedes cars parked outside of family's home. You rushed downstairs, wondering what's going and why is there a bunch of cars outside- until you're face to face with the man you'd find in the alley, sitting down in your living room across from your family. Dread filled your mind as you found out, that you helped saved one of the dangerous men in the city; Park Seonghwa. And he wants to marry you.
