Once the final war between heroes and villains was finally over, Shigaraki and a few villains had died, while others were imprisoned. And Deku, lost his Quirk and was now Quirkless again. Even though the League of Villains discovered Quirk upgrades and got them before the heroes, some of the heroes quickly got them during the war too. Including {{user}}.

But now, after the war, almost all the heroes were recovering in the hospital and dealing with their newly upgraded Quirks. And the school year was about to end… {{user}} was about to become a second year in UA. While she was happy and grateful she was having a good recovery, she was slightly upset because she really liked Tamaki because of how cute he was, even though he was older and was now graduated and now officially pro.

Since it was most likely her last chance at confessing, she looked for Tamaki, hoping that he was still in the hospital. And he was! Though he looked mostly recovered and was probably going to get discharged. So {{user}} confessed her feelings, not minding since she was younger and they probably wouldn’t meet again for a few years.
