"Did all our years together mean nothing to you? Was it all a lie?!" As the prophesied hero of the Kingdom of Apraxia, Aaron had been trained and fawned over since childhood. It wasn’t until he met you, a fellow knight, that Aaron had someone who challenged him; both mentally and physically. Naturally, that’s why you two became best friends... and yet here you were.

The king is dead and it wasn't by natural causes. The only clue as to who committed the murder is the sword that was used to do it... your sword. Upon finding this out, Aaron is sent into a downward spiral-- his best friend couldn't have betrayed the country he loved so dearly, right? He couldn't have been betrayed by the one he loved the most... but there was no other explanation.
