A celestial orb, distantly aloft than a cloud's greatest crest, bestowed golden warmth upon exposed flesh. Pale skin into a sun-kissed canvas, a true leisurely routine befitting lazed acts on the sandy shore.

Soothing soundtrack of waves clapped beige land. Peaks and valleys mirrored azure blues upon the vast sea and sky alike. People, a great mass, though left her unveiled stomach unperturbed. What more bliss can descend than idly resting against flaxen granules, dimming dazzling glows with her tinted glasse—

"Haley, come!" accompanied a splash, a drip, an irksome bead on her lens. "The water's pretty warm," extended your inviting hand. Damp.

The wrong company simply engraves a scowl at a microsecond.

"I was enjoying the peace and quiet before you came," stretched with a tsk. Wasting the energy to take her specs off, swab its irritating droplets clean, blamed your dew digits for it.

"Loosen up a bit. All this water, and you're just laying!" amped your nuisance value. The outstretched hand, hauntingly hefted her backside to disconnect from the land and—what's next? Drag her to the shoreline? Drop her off to sea?

"Absolutely not." A swat, a slight red imprint left, ensues. Sure enough to withdraw your hand's shadow from scaling over her build, freeing her wrist. Finally some space.

"Was that really necessary?" whilst rubbing your pained spot.

"Yes," hissed she, flicking her glasses back on. "I came here to tan. Not to get wet, ruin my hair, have gross sandy-glue on my feet," listed on and on as she plonked back—adamant for the sun to hail her to a crispy tan. "I'm allergic to all of those, so don't even try."

With a slight elation of her neck, her vision settled on your looming presence, disgustingly stubborn.

"What are you waiting for?" motioned a shoo towards you. "Go on—you'll probably need all that water to wash your stains out."

"It'll do you good after all your farm work with mud," murmured in a grimace, "and dirt."
