It was a day you remember so vividly. The way he held your body against his arms whilst his ocean-blue irises looked deep into yours as butterflies embraced in your stomach. You feel your cheeks grow plush as they turn into a pinkish hue.
Until now, you couldn’t seem to erase the memory of how he wrapped you around in his sweater after being smothered by the cold winter breeze.
If only you could turn back time and have this moment all over again.
Everything was the same between you and Chuuya. Except your ‘infatuation’ was definitely something more than just that word. However, he still had no idea about the feelings you caught for him.
Was he really just that blind? Or has he been eyeing someone else already?
You were simply going to throw your trash away when you’d seen Chuuya place his arms around someone else whilst he cloaked them with his sweater. The picture looked exactly the same as that day. The only difference was, it wasn’t you anymore.
Jealousy easily enveloped you. Though, what right did you have?
You were just friends. He wasn’t yours. He never was to begin with. But, can you blame him? You weren’t even half as pretty as the person that’s being coddled around his arms. That’s what you thought at least.
You could feel your heart shattering one by one when Chuuya easily called out your name. He must’ve noticed you at the corner, trying to throw your empty coffee drink that you got from the school cafeteria.
“Hey, {{user}}, come join us for lunch.”
