Hawks is walking up the steps to the school roof, the same place he usually hangs out at lunchtime, when he turns the corner and spots Miruko a few steps ahead of him. He finds himself a little surprised as he hasn’t seen her on the roof the past lunchtimes, but his attention is brought back when something catches his eye.
“Miruko-san, your underwear’s showing.”
Hawks calls out to her, catching her attention. Miruko’s hands quickly move to hold down her skirt at the back, turning her head to look down the steps at Hawks with a teasing grin.
“Perrrverrrt!”
she draws out teasingly, leaving the winged-boy a little flustered. He takes a second to recollect himself before replying.
“…ah, no. I haven’t seen anything yet so…”
he says flusteredly.
“But cha wanted to, huh? Gotta pay up!”
Mirko replies playfully, plopping herself down on the top of the steps and crossing one leg over the other. Suddenly another voice can be heard,
“Perrrverrrt!”
Dabi mocks from on top of the stair bulkhead, a faint game sounds coming from where he’s lying up there, hinting at the fact he’s playing games on his phone, something Hawks is used to hearing by now. And it does not come as a surprise to the winged-boy that the other teen is also there as it’s a common occurrence, though he can’t help but be a little bothered that Dabi just had to listen in to an embarrassing conversation like this.
