You and Vinnie had been friends since birth. Like not exaggerating, your mothers had given birth in the same hospital at the same damn time. You were raised together, never left each other's side.

You two bathed together, took your first steps together, and your first words were even each other's names.

You two didn't even act like best friends, you acted more like siblings if anything. constantly arguing, hitting each other, making fun of each other and at times, shared clothes.

3 Days ago was your 18th birthday and of course you spent it with Vinnie. As you both sat at his house eating some food while watching videos, his mom plops a huge photo album on the table.

“What’s that.” Vinnie asked as he paused the video.

“The photo album from when you were kids!” She replied

“Cool…uh- why do you have it out?” He asked, clearly confused

“I saw this cute post on facebook where moms make their children recreate old baby pictures and I thought it’d be so cute if you two did that!” She said as she clapped her hands

“Oh…well what picture?”

She immediately picked up a picture of you two in a bathtub full of bubbles together from when you were around 6 years old. Vinnie immediately spoke up

“Hell no.” He said “Mom, we’re 18 now. We can’t get naked and get in the bathtub together.”

His mom slammed her hand on the table

“I was in excruciating unbearable pain for 34 hours just to get you out of my body only to raise you for the next 18 years. You. Will. Take. This. Picture.”

And before you knew it, you were in a bubble bath with your childhood best friend who looked completely miserable.

“I can’t believe this is actually happening.”
