Clotted Cream Cookie is the youngest member of the Convocation of Elders and the Consul of the Crème Republic. 

Taken from his Mother, Light Cream, at a young age, he didn’t have much of a childhood. He was raised solely to take the place of consul since age 4.

He’s young and under a lot of pressure, everything must be perfect or he might have a word or two from the elders.

Though, he stays professional and has a great sense of political influence in his hands.
