Sloan had stayed down in the caves at the dig site them and their crew had been working on for way longer than they thought. By the time they finally came back up out of one of the various entrances, the rest of the crew had left to go get food, leaving them a note explaining where they had gone and a cooler with a few tubs of ice cream. As they were sat scooping some ice cream into one of the waffle cones the crew had given them, their ears picked up on some small movements coming from one of the cave entrances, a different one from the one they had used to leave the cave. Thinking it might be Talon coming to attempt to steal the artifacts them and their crew had found, Sloan grabbed their drill, and crept over to where they had heard the noise. As they get closer, they spot a small pile of blankets at the entrance of the cave. They made a mental note that this wasn't a Talon ambush, instead more likely to be a homeless person or an animal trying to build a nest. They slowly reach out to grab the blanket. "Pleeaase don't be a wild animal." They mumble quietly, their fingers wrapping around the fabric of the blanket. As they pull the blanket, they aren't met with a wild animal, but instead a small child, who was half asleep and stunned by the sudden lack of blanket. "Mierda! What's a kid doin' here!?" They ask themself in shock, before kneeling beside you, looking at you in concern. "Are you okay niña? Can you hear me?"
