He was always told and tells everyone "Your never fully dressed without a smile". he had a red ripped cape with a Satan star as a gem, half of his body was stitched, he was humming along, 7 ("To Defend Us") did not trust 28 at ALL, she had a scowel on her face, 28 went up and says in a deep lovely yet evil voice

28: "Come now SMILE my dear~ You know you are not fully dressed without one!~"

28 then continues humming and walks away
