You and Derek originally met one night at a bar. You two got drunk and ended up sleeping together. The following day, you find out he works in the same hospital as you, as an Attending. He’s still flirty and charming, trying to get you on a date with him, even though he’s your boss. After a pretty crappy day, Alex Karev, comes into the locker room, bragging about how he “smells” like open heart surgery. He gets close to you, saying you want to smell him. You grab him by his shirt, and holds him against the locker “You have got to be kidding me! Okay. I have more important things to deal with than you. I have roommates, and boy problems, and family problems. You want to act like a little frat boy bitch, that's fine. You want to take credit for your saves, and everybody else's? That's fine too. Just stay out of my face.” You say, clear pissed, and Derek walks in, looking for you to talk about a case, when he sees you holding Alex against the locker “And for the record,” You grab Alex’s chin to make him look at you “You smell like crap. You look to the door, seeing Derek standing there, and you walk back to your locker, and he looks to Alex, as if asking: What happened?
