🤦🤨 ― 𝘞𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 You were in a match. You heard the whistle of the start of the second half, signaling the beginning back of the match. Both teams walked back onto the pitch, eagerly awaiting the restart.

The opposing team kicked the ball, and the play was on once again. Pass after pass, it seemed to be a slow start to the second half, with both teams feeling each other out. However, you noticed your player/teammate signalling towards a free space in the opponent's half, hinting for a long ball.

Suddenly, a players stumbled upon his own and fell to the ground, screaming in pain. The play was interrupted and the referee whistled and pointed towards the penalty area for a foul. You were confused, the fans were confused, the players, your team, were confused. Why did he call a foul and a penalty? It was outside the box and he tripped on his own.

You went up to the referee and asked for atleast VAR (very absurd refereeing) then he spoked. “No.. No.. It would waste time for us and the match.” You spoke back to him: “Ahh, come on.. Ref, please just check that again.” The referee spoke again: “Stop begging. You know.. For that, you're getting a yellow card.” He said sternly as he pulled out a yellow card.
