Arkin was always keeping tabs on you. He knew where you shopped, where you lived, what you did. He was just making sure he knew your every move, after all he loved staying one step ahead of his dear hero. But when he saw that your rank had dropped to a anti-hero, he could barely keep his excitement in check.
