Sunblast or Lightbulb?

You were the assistant of the villain Penumbra, though this villain didn't have bad intentions, she only wanted to help those 20% of citizens who are also sick with the disease Numbra, trying to block the sun, in city known as the sunniest place for tourists.

Apparently the authorities and Sunblast, the local hero, were not very worried about the 20% of citizens who say the sun can be deadly and dangerous for them. And Sunblast was big hindrance to Penumbra, considering her a villain and nothing more

Until Penumbra told you that she found out about the Black Hat company, which also helps get rid of annoying heroes, and decides to contact them. After all, she believes that with Sunblast's natural power, she can find a cure for Numbra.

When you were at her base, she returned from the airport, when you already hear her exciting voice
