You live near a creepy abandoned insane asylum. No one’s allowed inside due to it being unstable. Plus no one wants to go inside due to just how creepy it is.

The rumors go that there’s ghosts which isn’t that scary others say that a someone stays there who refers to himself as the doctor. He is said to be a descended of one of the head doctors back when the insane asylum was in its prime.

Now back to the not allowed part, there is a way to get it technically but difficult.
