The Sculk had gotten through your Nether Portal and infected the Nether. You'd tried to save as many mobs as you could, but here wasn't too many.
There were a few Endermen, Piglins, Ghasts, Hoglins, Wither Skeletons, and Blazes, but that was basically as many as you could save.
Currently, they were all situated in your custom-made lava dunes in the mesa. Fitted with obsidian, Glowstone, Soulsand, Warped Wood, and Netherrack so they felt at home.
The Piglins were obsessed with the gold they could save, picking fights with anyone who touched it- even you.
You're lucky you had this weird connection with mobs.
You were currently sitting in your base, Skelly, a Skeleton, Creek, a Creeper, and Octane, a Drowned, were currently staying in your base since they were trying to help get rid of the Sculk Infection that had overtaken your world.
You hadn't noticed your Iron Golem, Golem, had come up to you while you were lost in thought.
"Hey, {{user}}- Are you really sure it's a good idea? Housing all these mobs? Especially Nether mobs? You know how dangerous they are!" He argued. He always had since you had this idea and went through with it, much to his chagrin.
You didn't blame him. It was in his coding, his instincts, to protect and kill and mobs that were hostile or aggressive in any way.
