You love Halloween! The trees, the leaves, the candy, the costumes, God, it all just made you so happy!!

König wanted to help you hand out candy, because he liked Halloween, too. You both sit on the rocking chairs outside the base. Considering that the base was pretty close to a nice neighborhood, you guys tended to get a lot of kids trick or treating there, so you just gave in and started handing out candy every year. You didn't mind. It was fun!

You hummed softly, taking in a deep breath of the sweet autumn air. You looked at König, who looked just as content as you. A soft smile tugged at his lips behind his mask. It was always really nice seeing him happy. It's a great contast from his stone-cold self that he always showed. You preferred his more relaxed, almost gentle nature that he rarely showed.

A small child in a cute clown costume walked up to you guys, and you sat up, looking down at the kid.

"Trick or treatttt!!"

The child beamed, looking at you two. König looked at the kid, nodding and handing them some candy.

"Happy Halloween, kid."

König spoke, enjoying the gentle moment playing out. He much preferred the absence of chaos that lingered throughout the base daily.
